📋 Job Description

**Overview**

Crisp is seeking a Technical Customer Support Expert to become the friendly face of our customer experience team. Based remotely within EU timezones, you'll engage with customers through chat and email channels, solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional service. While fully remote, team members near our Nantes headquarters are welcome to use the office space when desired.

Responsibilities **

• Serve as primary customer contact, managing inquiries via chat and email platforms • Diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining smooth customer journeys • Handle multiple simultaneous conversations efficiently in a dynamic environment • Support both English and French-speaking customer bases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers who also contribute to support efforts • Utilize B2B and SaaS support tools including help desks, CRMs, and ticketing systems

Requirements **

• **Language

Skills **: Fluent English and French communication (written/verbal) - additional European languages are advantageous • **Technical Aptitude**: Solid grasp of technical concepts including HTML/CSS - this isn't an entry-level learning position • **Live Chat

Experience **: Proven background in customer support via live chat tools with ability to multitask effectively • **B2B & SaaS Knowledge**: Understanding of Software as a Service products and familiarity with customer support platforms • **Soft

Skills **: Empathy, active listening, collaborative mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities • **

Location **: Must be situated within EU timezone • **Availability**: Immediate start preferred

Compensation & Contract** Salary range: €30,000-€35,000 gross annually based on experience. French residents receive standard employment contracts (CDI), while other EU locations work under freelance service agreements requiring independent contractor status and invoicing capability.

🕐 Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
