As our marketing team's second hire, you'll bring essential technical expertise to complement our existing creative and strategic foundations.

Responsibilities **

You'll bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and compelling marketing narratives. Your role involves crafting positioning strategies and messaging frameworks for emerging product ideas, while developing technical marketing materials including demo applications, code examples, and instructional content. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you'll define compelling use cases and value propositions.

A key aspect involves leveraging AI-powered workflows to enhance productivity and content quality. You'll ensure every priority initiative launches with targeted support materials designed to maximize user adoption, while continuously exploring innovative channels and AI tools.

Requirements **

We're seeking candidates with 4-8+ years in product marketing, developer relations, or technical content development. You must demonstrate expertise in creating positioning, messaging, and demonstrations for technical solutions, plus skills in developing lightweight technical resources. Excellent writing abilities for both technical and general audiences are essential, along with proficiency in AI tool integration for marketing workflows.

Success requires strong collaborative communication in remote settings and cross-functional experience. Candidates should be located within Eastern Time ±1 hour. Join our mission-driven team for meaningful nonprofit work with flexible, fully remote arrangements.
