Working Hours This role is fully remote, although candidates must be able to work with considerable overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to facilitate collaboration, meetings, and implementation tasks.
Role Overview As a Technical Software Implementation Manager, you will take charge of managing and executing comprehensive client implementations of Gong, HubSpot, and associated RevOps systems. This position serves as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing the entire lifecycle of implementation projects from initial discovery and solution design to deployment, testing, and transition into ongoing support. This role merges project management, technical implementation, and RevOps consulting, requiring you to collaborate closely with revenue leaders to convert business goals into technical setups while ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities - Project Ownership: Lead Gong and HubSpot implementation projects from their inception through to successful delivery, which includes kickoff, configuration, testing, training, and transition to continued support. - Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT teams, ensuring that technology implementation aligns with business goals. - Technical Delivery: Design, configure, and deploy Gong and HubSpot solutions while managing data migrations, integrations, and custom workflows utilizing internal tools, APIs, and other RevOps technologies. - Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
