Responsibilities **

• Welcome customers with friendly, professional service and help them locate products and make informed purchasing decisions • Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management when necessary • Maintain attractive sales floor displays through strategic merchandise stocking, rotation, and removal of expired or damaged items • Handle product claims and returns following company protocols while identifying loss prevention opportunities • Process incoming inventory using appropriate equipment and complete necessary documentation and logging procedures • Direct customers to Customer Service Managers for specialized transactions and services • Execute merchandise stocking, picking, and downstocking tasks while applying protective measures when needed • Set up modular displays including flexible configurations and establish accurate shelf capacity limits
