Retail Territory Sales Manager - Frankfurt, Hesse

Since our inception in 2014, we have expanded from delivering restaurant meals to virtually everything, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. After our merger with DoorDash in 2022, we are set on ambitious growth paths.

Now, we are looking for a passionate Retail Territory Sales Manager to lay the groundwork for our retail expansion in Frankfurt, Hesse.

Responsibilities : In this pivotal role, you will actively pursue new business opportunities by onboarding diverse retail partners like supermarkets, florists, and drugstores onto our platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and acquiring potential retail partners, successfully negotiating contracts to meet our growth objectives. - Managing your sales pipeline independently while fostering lasting relationships with key decision-makers. - Delivering compelling presentations of Wolt’s services during in-person meetings with business leaders. - Engaging in a mix of remote cold outreach and fieldwork, dedicating approximately 1-2 days weekly to remote efforts and 3 days to client interactions in Central Germany, which may require occasional overnight stays. - Collaborating closely with various teams within Wolt, ensuring you have the support needed for your success.

Requirements : We are looking for candidates who have a strong sales background and a proven track record of success. To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: -

Experience in sales or equivalent demonstrated ability in a related field. - Excellent communication skills with a confident demeanor and persuasive abilities. - Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving goals, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset. - A completed degree or comparable qualifications through education or work experience. - Fluency in German and solid English language skills.
