ZayZoon seeks an Intermediate Developer skilled in Ruby on Rails to join our mission of saving 10 million hardworking employees 10 billion dollars. Responsibilities **
• Tackle complex development challenges through creative problem-solving, using data-driven insights to identify root causes and propose solutions • Develop and maintain customer-facing and administrative applications across web and mobile platforms • Build and sustain integrations with third-party services, both standard and custom solutions • Contribute to system architecture decisions that enhance flexibility, reliability, and scalability • Engage actively in agile workflows including sprint planning, story refinement, and daily standups • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Care, and Finance teams to resolve product challenges

Requirements **
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails development • Strong foundation in software development best practices • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail •
Experience working in agile development environments • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
