Responsibilities : In this crucial position, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and further developing your sales team. You will identify market opportunities and sales potentials, crafting strategies that ensure a sustainable increase in revenue. Your role includes expanding our sales network and establishing our products in the market.
You will support your team in the field while cultivating long-term partnerships with retailers and other key stakeholders in the region. Additionally, you will translate and implement corporate objectives within your area.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, complemented by either agricultural or commercial training/studies. You should possess strong leadership qualities, empathy, courage, and integrity, combined with a focused, resilient, results-oriented, and analytical mindset. A structured and independent work style is essential.
