We're seeking a Product Manager to drive our Search and Embeddings portfolio, powering revolutionary AI experiences through content generation, semantic search, RAG, and intelligent agents. Responsibilities **
As our Search & Embeddings PM, you'll take full ownership of critical products including Embeddings (Embed-v4.0), Rerank (Rerank-v3.5), and Compass (our comprehensive search solution). You'll craft strategic priorities and roadmaps to enhance retrieval model performance while focusing on enterprise requirements and emerging AI capabilities. Your role involves leveraging customer insights and data analytics to shape future product development, collaborating across product, engineering, finance, go-to-market, and marketing teams.
You'll drive product strategy and monetization through deep competitive intelligence in the rapidly evolving AI landscape, while staying current with research literature and partnering with ML teams to maintain state-of-the-art model performance. Additionally, you'll evaluate search performance across our entire product ecosystem and ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Requirements **
We're looking for candidates with 4+ years of product management experience and proven expertise in Search products and Embedding/Cross-Encoder models. The ideal candidate understands how Search functionality enhances both traditional search applications and cutting-edge RAG/Agent implementations. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to thrive in our fast-paced, innovation-focused environment where every team member contributes to advancing model capabilities and customer value.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
