Responsibilities **
• Diagnose and fix diverse security equipment including alarm systems, CCTV cameras, access control panels, intercoms, automated gates, and network systems • Execute precise installations of new systems and upgrades to exceed client expectations • Maintain adherence to company protocols and industry best practices • Address customer issues with outstanding service, offering strategic recommendations for optimal system performance • Document service activities with detailed records and inventory tracking • Perform physical tasks including working at elevated positions using ladders/lifts, navigating confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces, and handling materials weighing 50+ pounds • Operate safely within active construction environments

Requirements **
• Minimum 3 years of security industry experience with comprehensive knowledge of IP camera systems, access control technology, and intrusion detection systems • Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install security equipment • Comfortable performing elevated work and lifting 50+ pounds • Construction site safety experience mandatory • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Superior organizational capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated team player • Clean criminal background check and valid driver's license required
