We're seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive financial strategy for one of our most rapidly expanding business segments. This pivotal role combines finance expertise with strategic thinking, working alongside the General Manager and cross-functional teams in Commercial, Product, and Operations to fuel data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities **
• Manage comprehensive segment financial and unit economic modeling, including forecasting and business tracking • Create compelling performance reports featuring analytical insights, strategic options, and actionable recommendations • Establish and monitor critical business performance indicators while identifying value creation opportunities • Execute driver-based financial analysis to reveal performance catalysts and growth potential • Construct investment-quality business cases incorporating scenario modeling, return analysis, and risk evaluation • Collaborate extensively with GM and department leaders to inform strategic choices • Deliver financial guidance for prioritizing initiatives, investments, and operational strategies • Master the business's economic fundamentals and their influence on growth and profit margins • Sustain agile economic modeling while contributing to ongoing performance storytelling • Team with data and analytics groups to transform insights into operational dashboards

Requirements **
• 5+ years in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical role • Advanced financial modeling capabilities including driver-based projections and scenario planning • Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities with comfort navigating complex business situations • Skill in converting sophisticated analysis into clear, executable recommendations • Proven cross-functional collaboration supporting organizational decision-making • Outstanding communication talents including executive-level presentation skills • Action-oriented mindset bridging analysis with implementation
