**Overview**
Join Allocnow, a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS organization operating at the crossroads of technology and environmental responsibility. Based remotely with German headquarters, we're seeking an experienced Senior Product/UX Designer ready to drive end-to-end product development in our fast-paced, scaling environment. This dual-role position combines UX design expertise with product ownership responsibilities, offering the chance to build innovative product lines from conception to market success.

Responsibilities **
• Establish and articulate compelling product vision that aligns business objectives with user requirements • Transform strategic initiatives and regulatory frameworks into actionable product specifications and user narratives • Assess and rank features based on user value, development complexity, and business impact • Plan and execute collaborative workshops with B2B SaaS customers and end users • Develop detailed wireframes, user workflows, and interactive prototypes for development team collaboration • Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and design teams to ensure on-time, premium product delivery • Collect and analyze feedback from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders • Report on project progress, obstacles, and key findings to leadership

Requirements **
• 5+ years in product management, UX design, or comparable positions • Proficient UX design capabilities including wireframing, prototyping, and user research • Background with complex industries, data-intensive applications, or enterprise solutions • Demonstrated success launching digital products to market • Fluent English communication abilities • Comprehensive knowledge of agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma) • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude with regulatory experience
