Responsibilities : - Build: Your main focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying high-performance backend services utilizing Java and Spring Boot 3 on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Own Features: You will take complete ownership of new platform features, overseeing the entire development lifecycle—from initial technical design and requirement discussions with product and support teams to testing and deployment. - Solve Complex Problems: Engage deeply with business logic, tackle intricate API integrations for Shopify, and create solutions that deliver substantial value in the accounting and e-commerce sectors. - Ensure Reliability: Maintain a proactive stance in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production environments to guarantee the reliability and performance of our platform. - Collaborate & Mentor: Get involved in code reviews, share your expertise with colleagues, and contribute to fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
Requirements : - Professional
Experience : You should have 5+ years of backend development experience, showcasing a strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework. - AI Integration: Familiarity with AI Coding Tools and a commitment to advancing AI integration within our development processes. - Structured Mindset: You excel at dissecting complex challenges, clarifying requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and crafting clean, well-architected solutions. - API Expertise: Proven experience in designing and utilizing Shopify GraphQL APIs, including managing complex third-party integrations. - Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience in building and deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, PubSub, etc.). - Problem-Solving
Skills : Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities, with a knack for navigating ambiguity and identifying root causes of issues. - Collaboration
Skills : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. Familiarity with Git, continuous deployment pipelines (like GitLab), and agile methodologies is a plus.
