Responsibilities ": "As a Senior Business Analyst on the Homes Global Business team, you will play a key role in conducting business analysis, formulating strategic recommendations, and managing special data initiatives tailored for the Stays Business. Your daily activities will involve: \n1. Conducting data analysis to identify critical business trends related to supply, demand, and product, and advising Regional Supply Leaders accordingly. \n2.

Providing data-driven insights that support the company's growth objectives. \n3. Offering mentorship and support to junior analysts, collaborating closely with the Advanced Analytics team. \n\nA typical day may include running business data for regional teams, developing tools to empower Homes Regional Supply Leaders and Country Managers, analyzing trends to inform planning cycles and business performance assessments, and delivering prompt, accurate insights to leadership using SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
