The California Sr. Commercial Title Examiner will be responsible for examining titles primarily for commercial and industrial properties, requiring a high level of expertise in title research and examination. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of state requirements, while also being a resource for less experienced team members.
