Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will engage in a variety of projects focused on implementing our product configuration solutions for clients. Your responsibilities include advising customers on variant management, product configuration, digitalization, and IT system integration. Key tasks include: - Leading CPQ projects from inception, understanding requirements before the first meeting, and developing tailored concepts accordingly. - Analyzing client processes and presenting our solution approach. - Collaborating with clients to refine concepts and create customized solutions. - Implementing configuration within the CPQ solution, translating business requirements into technical configuration logic, modeling product structures, and ensuring smooth representation of complex variants. - Conducting training sessions to empower clients to utilize the CPQ solution independently. - Assisting with sales activities, such as creating sales demos and effort estimations.
Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: - Several years of relevant professional experience in configuration and solid project management skills. - A degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, complemented by a strong affinity for IT. - Initial exposure to configurator solutions. - A collaborative mindset, working closely with colleagues and across teams. - A hands-on approach, tackling tasks proactively and implementing solutions autonomously while maintaining a structured and customer-focused work style. - A passion for customer engagement, enjoying direct interactions with clients, and being present on-site to drive projects, workshops, and tasks to success.
