Responsibilities **

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of network systems and environments, identifying deviations from approved configurations and organizational policies • Develop and maintain rigorous program control frameworks to mitigate security risks while supporting system certification and accreditation processes • Lead security documentation efforts, coordinate testing procedures, and oversee investigations related to software research and hardware implementations • Guide implementation of federal security policies, provide process improvement recommendations, and maintain detailed documentation of all security activities • Execute validation analyses for existing security requirements and propose enhanced safeguards and protective measures • Support comprehensive Security Test and Evaluation initiatives to ensure compliance with classified system standards

Requirements **

• Active Top Secret security clearance required for position start • Proven experience in cybersecurity analysis, particularly within classified or government environments • Strong knowledge of network security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks •

Experience with security certification and accreditation processes • Excellent analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail • Ability to work full-time on-site at Linthicum Heights, MD facility (remote work not available) • Willingness to travel up to 10% of time
