Responsibilities **
Shape and execute the Data team's product vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with company objectives, working hand-in-hand with engineering teams. Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of data solutions. Build strong stakeholder partnerships by converting business requirements into practical data initiatives.
Establish and monitor success metrics to evaluate data product performance and business value. Strategically manage the data product backlog, prioritizing features based on business impact, technical viability, and return on investment. Address sophisticated data challenges while maintaining high standards for data quality, integrity, and governance alongside Data Engineering partners.

Requirements **
Demonstrated track record as a Product Manager creating data solutions including financial reconciliation reports, executive dashboards, data APIs, self-service analytics datasets, and data pipelines for critical business functions like fraud and risk management. Strong analytical problem-solving approach with emphasis on thorough problem identification. History of contributing to high-impact business initiatives.
Knowledge of data-centric architectures and analytical modeling concepts.
Experience developing data products for both internal and external users, including technical platform solutions. English fluency required for global team collaboration. SQL proficiency mandatory for data querying and analysis. Spanish language skills, cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP), and Data Governance background are advantageous.
