Key Responsibilities **
• Build and maintain robust on-premise infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline systems • Create automation tools and solutions using Python, Golang, Bash, and YAML • Partner with development teams on infrastructure support, data management, and deployment processes • Engage in collaborative agile practices including pair programming, test-driven development, and code reviews • Contribute to open-source GitHub projects and help architect impactful features • Opportunity to mentor team members and influence architectural decisions

Requirements **
• Proven hands-on expertise with on-premises infrastructure (cloud-only experience won't fit our regulatory requirements) • Advanced programming abilities in languages like Golang or Python, plus test automation experience • Multiple years in software development combined with modern DevOps methodologies • Self-motivated, organized approach with strong team collaboration skills • Passion for enhancing software quality, tooling, and operational processes • Comfortable in agile environments with excellent English communication • Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on experience
