To enhance our growing team, we are looking for a Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist who can maintain a keen eye on our financial data and ensure our financial operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities - Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing - Identify financial project risks and implement countermeasures as part of risk management - Continuously monitor project costs, milestones, and resource allocation - Oversee incoming and outgoing payments as well as manage open items - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements - Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts - Collaborate with tax advisors and internal teams to ensure seamless financial processes - Maintain financial and accounting systems
Requirements - Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification - Previous experience in finance or controlling - Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and financial software - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a structured working style - Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible mindset - Genuine interest in numbers, processes, and corporate finance
