Responsibilities **
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept creation through product setup, focusing purely on development while launch management handles production coordination • Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities in the healthy snacks sector • Source and manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, collaborating closely to align products with our strategic vision • Contribute to positioning strategies and pricing frameworks for new product categories • Continuously enhance existing products through data-driven optimization initiatives

Requirements **
• Minimum 2-3 relevant professional experiences, including at least 1 senior role or 2-3 years at associate level • FMCG product development expertise, preferably within the food industry • Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical capabilities for market data evaluation • Proven supplier management and project coordination skills using tools like Asana •
Experience in food sector with genuine enthusiasm for healthy lifestyle and sustainable consumption trends • Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration • Self-directed work style with proactive problem-solving approach • Team-oriented mindset valuing knowledge sharing across departments
