Experience Manager to join our innovative Workplace team in Bangalore. This strategic role will shape global food programs that reflect Stripe's culture while supporting our mission to increase the GDP of the internet. Reporting to the Global Head of Food, you'll drive worldwide impact from our Bangalore hub.

Responsibilities **
• **Build Global Frameworks**: Design and document scalable operational playbooks for vendor management, site launches, and budget oversight across all regions • **Execute Worldwide Standards**: Ensure consistent program delivery and compliance across our dynamic, multi-regional office portfolio • **Transform Data into Insights**: Analyze user feedback and operational metrics from global locations to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for strategic decision-making • **Manage Strategic Partnerships**: Oversee relationships with key food service vendors, maintaining SOW compliance and conducting comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews • **Guide Expansion Strategy**: Partner directly with leadership to advise on new office developments and provide senior-level strategic guidance for program evolution
