Responsibilities : As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a crucial role in establishing deep connections with our key aviation clients, ensuring that Soji AI has a significant operational impact. This position is designed for long-term engagement rather than temporary support. You’ll collaborate closely with airlines, maintenance repair organizations (MROs), lessors, and aviation operators, often on-site for extended durations.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire customer lifecycle, from initial sales discussions and training to ongoing optimization and expansion efforts. You will serve as the vital link between customer operations and our internal product and engineering teams, ensuring not just technical success but also translating operational insights into scalable product advancements that benefit all our clients.
Requirements : To excel in this hybrid role, you should possess strong technical acumen, business insight, and an ability to navigate complex real-world scenarios. The position is ideally based in Germany, with significant travel across Europe and occasional trips to Asia. You will be deeply involved with our aviation customers, leading structured onboarding processes and fostering the long-term integration of Soji AI into their daily operations in maintenance, engineering, operations control, and asset management.
Additionally, you will design and conduct training sessions for operational staff and IT teams, nurturing internal champions within client organizations. Your insight will drive continuous improvement, ensuring our platform evolves to meet customer needs efficiently.
