Responsibilities : As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will proactively advise our management on all HR-related matters, supporting their efforts in organizational development and structural growth. You will assist in performance management and development inquiries at both team and individual levels while actively driving change processes and HR transformations. Collaborating closely with management, you will lead strategic and operational workforce planning, deriving priorities from headcount developments, forecasts, and capacity analyses.
Utilizing clear KPIs, you will provide data-driven recommendations and translate them into actionable measures for sustainable HR structures. Furthermore, you will counsel leaders on labor law issues and work alongside our legal experts to ensure that personnel decisions are both safe and well-informed. You will also guarantee high-quality HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, standardizing and optimizing workflows in our growth-oriented environment, while fostering a strong leadership and performance culture across the organization.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a growing, ideally regulated environment. A solid understanding of German labor law and experience collaborating with works councils is essential. You should have a structured, data-driven approach to work, experience in workforce planning, and demonstrate strong decision-making skills, assertiveness, and diplomatic finesse.
Confidence in engaging with leaders at all levels, coupled with the ability to quickly grasp economic contexts and strategically position people-related issues, is crucial. Proficiency in both German and English is required.
