Responsibilities : In the role of Senior Java Backend Developer, you will: - Design, develop, and sustain scalable backend services utilizing Java 17 or newer versions (11+). - Create and enhance microservice-oriented and event-driven architectures. - Develop APIs leveraging GraphQL. - Utilize Spring Boot and Spring Reactive (WebFlux) for your projects. - Design and refine data models with MySQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB or MongoDB). - Ensure backend systems are high-performing, reliable, and scalable. - Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code. - Conduct performance testing and end-to-end testing. - Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams. - Contribute to architectural decisions and uphold technical best practices. - Provide mentorship to junior engineers and offer technical guidance as required. - Work on AI-driven features, including prompt engineering and backend integrations.

Requirements : To qualify for this position, you should possess: - A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in backend development. - Strong proficiency in Java 17 or more recent versions (11+). - Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Reactive. - Solid understanding of MySQL and practical experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB or MongoDB).
