Responsibilities : As the Senior Manager of Owner Communications, you will spearhead the development and execution of communication strategies aimed at Tim Hortons franchise owners. Your primary goal will be to ensure that key business initiatives and operational strategies are effectively communicated to franchisees, enabling them to implement and thrive in their roles. You will create a data-driven communication plan that bridges leadership objectives with franchisee practices, ensuring that all messaging is timely, clear, and consistent.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Tim Hortons leadership team and various business functions to keep franchisees informed and equipped for success. Additionally, you will manage essential franchisee communication channels, assess their engagement levels, and refine communication strategies to enhance clarity and operational impact.
Requirements : - Proven experience in managing communication strategies within a corporate setting, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry. - Strong ability to simplify complex business concepts into actionable insights for franchise owners. -
Experience in developing communication frameworks and content strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. - Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working with senior leaders across multiple functions, including operations, marketing, finance, and development. - Strong crisis management capabilities, particularly in addressing restaurant-related issues. - Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
