**Overview**
Join Mattamy Asset Management (MAM) as Senior Manager, Pre-Construction Technologies, where your expertise will shape the technological backbone of our homebuilding operations. Based in Mississauga, Ontario with hybrid flexibility (4 days in-office), this role relocates to Bloor/Islington, Etobicoke in April 2026. Reporting to the Director of Homebuilding Technologies, you'll drive innovation in applications and business processes supporting our pre-construction and product development initiatives.

Responsibilities **
• Spearhead evaluation, selection, and deployment of cutting-edge technology platforms including Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations, AutoCAD, and Revit • Guide and develop a skilled team of business analysts through planning, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and system implementation • Champion people development through coaching, mentoring, and fostering collaborative, accountable team culture • Cultivate robust partnerships with internal stakeholders while owning comprehensive stakeholder communications • Collaborate with Solution Architects to direct solution design and validate project deliverables • Take ownership of application capabilities within your portfolio, identifying enhancement opportunities • Oversee third-party vendor relationships and coordinate with business partners and governance committees for seamless service delivery

Requirements **
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and complex application implementations • Strong background in homebuilding, construction, or related industry technologies • Deep understanding of business applications from both technical and operational perspectives •
Experience with enterprise architecture alignment and business process optimization • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities • Track record of delivering cost-effective, high-quality technology solutions
