Experience & Integration, your contributions will be key to fostering a vibrant workplace culture at one of Canada’s leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities : - Collaborate with leaders and senior management to identify and address gaps in employee engagement and experience. - Build strong partnerships with teams across RBC, including HR, Recruitment, Communications, and Learning & Development, to enhance team capabilities and experiences. - Translate employee feedback into actionable strategies that promote retention, motivation, and inclusivity. - Lead and refine various People

Experience projects, focusing on onboarding, talent management, and career development. - Drive the data journey for people experience, designing surveys to gather feedback and providing insights through data visualization. - Organize and facilitate engaging employee forums that promote a positive and interactive work environment. - Champion change management initiatives to ensure the successful rollout of people programs and services. - Create visually appealing and clear content for learning, employee updates, and internal knowledge sharing. - Manage project workflows and cross-functional collaboration using tools like Asana. - Communicate targeted messages to raise awareness of RBC resources and RBCx initiatives.

Requirements : - Proven experience in enhancing employee experience and engagement. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. - Strong project management capabilities, with an emphasis on collaboration. - Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights to inform decisions. - Creative thinker with a knack for content creation and visual communication.
