**Overview**

ICF, a leading global advisory and technology services provider, seeks a talented Senior Program Business Analyst to join our Texas-based remote team. This role offers the opportunity to drive analytical excellence in complex state and federally funded health initiatives. Texas residency is mandatory for consideration.

Responsibilities **

• Execute independent analytical and operational functions supporting sophisticated health program initiatives • Spearhead analytical assignments encompassing program performance evaluation, implementation oversight, and compliance reporting • Create and sustain regular reporting deliverables and organized documentation meeting state and federal grant standards • Validate financial and performance metrics to guarantee reporting precision and regulatory alignment • Convert qualitative and quantitative insights into compelling, actionable communications for leadership and stakeholders • Enhance tracking mechanisms for procurement processes, grant management, deliverables coordination, and reporting workflows • Detect documentation deficiencies, tracking discrepancies, or operational hazards while properly escalating concerns • Facilitate audit readiness, oversight functions, and organized program governance within compliance-focused settings • Partner across project streams ensuring milestone achievement and reporting commitment fulfillment in demanding implementation environments • Travel requirements up to 25%

Requirements **

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, business administration, health policy, data analytics, economics, or related discipline • Minimum 4 years supporting grant-funded, public-sector, or healthcare programs • Proven track record creating structured reports, dashboards, or analytical summaries in compliance-driven environments • Demonstrated ability reconciling financial and performance data for reporting accuracy • Strong capability managing multiple simultaneous workflows and deadlines independently • Preferred experience with healthcare, public health, Medicaid, rural health, or safety-net provider programs •

Experience supporting state or federally funded initiatives preferred

🕐 Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
