The (Senior) Recruiter at COTINGA will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, focusing on building a sustainable candidate pipeline and enhancing the recruiting strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and has a strong background in recruiting, capable of improving processes and filling challenging roles.
