Robots & Pencils is searching for a Senior Technical Business Analyst in Kamsack to join our mission of creating meaningful digital products. The ideal candidate seamlessly moves between leading discovery sessions, crafting comprehensive requirements, and partnering with development teams on system architecture.

Responsibilities **
• Facilitate discovery workshops to gather, examine, and document business, functional, and technical requirements • Convert stakeholder objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed use cases • Collaborate with solution architects and development teams on system integrations, APIs, and data architecture • Develop and maintain technical documentation including data mappings, interface specifications, and process diagrams • Support agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing coordination • Partner with QA teams on test coverage validation and participate in defect resolution processes • Mentor junior team members and champion best practices for business analysis standards • Drive process enhancements and advocate for modern tooling and agile methodologies

Requirements **
• 7+ years in business analysis with minimum 3 years in technical/systems-focused positions • Demonstrated success leading analysis for enterprise-level projects involving system integrations, data management, or SaaS solutions • Solid understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) •
Experience bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams • Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making approach • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
