The ServiceNow Consultant / CRM Specialist will be responsible for the further development of CRM and service processes based on the newly implemented ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceNow, particularly in CSM and workflow automation, and possess strong analytical skills to optimize CRM processes.
