Responsibilities **
• Lead and support a dynamic team focused on package software application development • Drive successful project delivery through strategic resource planning and execution • Partner with senior leadership to achieve key departmental goals and objectives • Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements • Mentor team members by providing technical guidance and support • Conduct thorough code reviews while upholding industry-standard coding practices • Facilitate seamless communication across teams and departments • Proactively identify project obstacles and implement effective solutions

Requirements **
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience combination • Minimum 6+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in comparable software engineering roles • Strong proficiency in multiple software programming languages and development frameworks • Proven track record of successful teamwork and collaboration • Solid technical background in package application environments • Excellent communication abilities paired with natural leadership qualities • Advanced degree preferred but not required • Cloud certifications (PMP, CTO, MBA) or specialized training considered an asset
