This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work on diverse commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across various locations. Responsibilities **
• Execute repairs and replacements of single-ply roofing systems with precision • Perform comprehensive roofing system maintenance and repairs • Install sheet metal flashings to ensure weatherproof integrity • Work across multiple project sites including commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings • Specialize in conventional and inverted built-up systems, modified roofing systems, and single ply sheet membrane roofing systems

Requirements **
• No formal education requirements - we value practical skills and dedication • Must possess Working at Heights certification • Valid Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate required • Authorization to work in Canada is mandatory • Previous roofing experience is considered an asset but not essential • Comfort working in challenging conditions: heights, noisy environments, dusty conditions, outdoor weather exposure • Flexibility to work various schedules including early morning, evening, and on-call availability • Physical capability to handle demanding outdoor construction work
