Responsibilities : In this dynamic role, you will craft and execute a comprehensive Instagram strategy aimed at fostering growth and enhancing brand presence. Your creativity will shine as you develop and test new content formats, with the ambitious goal of reaching 1 million followers. Collaborating closely with the founder, you will strategically enhance their personal brand while analyzing key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion to inform actionable improvements.
You will also work alongside the social media team to bring your innovative ideas to fruition.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building or significantly scaling social media channels, particularly on Instagram. You possess an acute awareness of emerging trends and have a knack for creating captivating, scroll-stopping content. Your strategic mindset enables you to effectively develop a strong personal brand, while your data-driven approach ensures continuous content optimization through KPI analysis.
