Responsibilities As a Technical Account Manager, you will cultivate strong, trusted relationships with some of Stripe’s most significant and intricate users. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Delivering an exceptional experience for key stakeholders in your assigned accounts. - Collaborating with the Operations team to provide insights and resources that enhance user interactions across support channels, documentation, and product feedback. - Nurturing long-term relationships that build loyalty to Stripe and its offerings. - Working cross-departmentally within Stripe and with users to implement effective operational solutions on topics such as fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion. - Leading user meetings in both face-to-face and virtual formats. - Contributing to the design and evolution of our support services. - Creating user-facing content aimed at long-term solutions.

Requirements We are seeking candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in enterprise-level client engagement. - A strong sense of product and enthusiasm for tackling complex user challenges. - Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively serve our regional customers. - Ability to lead intricate integration discussions with a consultative and proactive approach. - Understanding of APIs and the capability to convey API concepts to our most technical clients.
