Your ability to analyze data effectively will significantly contribute to our marketing success while collaborating with management to improve existing processes.

Responsibilities : - Participate in formulating strategies for acquiring new customers. - Assist in the creation and optimization of advertising campaigns. - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations. - Contribute to content planning for social media and other digital platforms. - Plan, implement, and refine new software solutions and IT processes. - Support various administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements : - Enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration (B.Sc. / M.Sc.), Management (B.Sc. / M.Sc.), Business Informatics (B.Sc. / M.Sc.), or a comparable field. - Organized approach to work with clear and effective communication. - Strong analytical skills and independent thinking. - Proficient written communication in German, error-free. -

Experience in project management is a plus. - Ideally, familiarity with software solutions like Zapier, Hubspot, G-Suite, Slack, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools. - Knowledge of sales and/or online marketing is beneficial but not mandatory.
