Our Vancouver team seeks a dedicated Study Manager specializing in Minerals & Metals to drive early-phase mining project excellence from conceptual planning through initiation stages. With 22 offices spanning 9 countries and projects in 80+ locations worldwide, we deliver cutting-edge consulting, project execution, and asset management solutions that create lasting value for stakeholders and communities.

Responsibilities **

• Lead comprehensive execution of PEA and PFS level studies, scoping assessments, and technical evaluations with unwavering focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery • Establish strategic project frameworks while monitoring critical milestones and key deliverables • Foster strong collaborative partnerships with leadership, clients, team members, and essential stakeholders • Orchestrate multi-disciplinary engineering initiatives ensuring prompt preparation and delivery of project outcomes • Identify, evaluate, and communicate study/project risks effectively to all relevant parties • Track project finances, advancement metrics, and timeline adherence while implementing corrective measures as needed • Oversee development of comprehensive capex and financial modeling to support client initiatives • Direct preparation of regulatory compliance documentation including NI 43-101 reporting • Contribute to Studies Team growth by implementing industry best practices and leveraging past experience

Requirements **

• Demonstrated background in mining/metals, oil/gas, industrial, energy, or utilities sectors • 4-year Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification • Previous client/Owner team experience, EPC/EPCM project involvement, or mining operations background preferred • Prior role as Study Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, or Lead Discipline Engineer in Mining & Metals advantageous • Proven leadership capabilities and client relationship management expertise • Flexibility for travel requirements
