Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve and troubleshoot issues faced by external users
  • Evaluate our processes and propose changes to scale operations and enhance user experiences
  • Collaborate closely with other teams at Stripe to refine our product offerings and communication regarding new features and products
🕐 Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
