Support UX Researcher - Stripe (Toronto/Eastern Canada)

This full-time position in Toronto, Canada (or Eastern/Atlantic time zones) offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned mixed-methods researcher to shape world-class support experiences while collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and design.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead critical research initiatives and execute comprehensive, multi-phase studies using mixed methodologies to enhance user understanding and inform product strategy
• Drive data analysis of Stripe's Support CSAT metrics, pinpointing user experience enhancement opportunities and steering sentiment measurement strategies
• Execute end-to-end research projects spanning the complete support ecosystem
• Partner closely with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making on support initiatives
• Collaborate with Stripe's broader research community, contributing to organization-wide research capabilities

Requirements

We seek an experienced, versatile mixed-methods UX Researcher who thrives working with both quantitative data and qualitative insights. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in conducting user research within fast-paced, innovative environments and demonstrate comfort collaborating across multiple disciplines and backgrounds. This role demands someone passionate about user-centered design and capable of translating research findings into actionable product improvements.
