• Oversee the complete surgical patient consultation process from initial inquiry through successful booking • Expertly navigate medical records and sales tracking software systems • Professionally manage patient phone communications and address any concerns or complaints • Coordinate consultation scheduling while discussing fees with transparency and professionalism • Monitor and analyze conversion metrics to achieve established key performance indicators • Provide comprehensive patient education throughout the consultation management process • Maintain efficient scheduling systems and ensure smooth workflow operations

Requirements **
