Responsibilities **
• Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies that achieve headcount targets • Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, finance, and other teams to scale hiring operations across Stripe • Generate robust pipelines of exceptional candidates through strategic initiatives spanning branding, events, and employee referral programs • Deliver timely reporting on key recruiting metrics and insights to inform decision-making and enhance processes • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle while providing talent strategy guidance and market intelligence to leadership

Requirements **
• 8-12 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, with strong preference for in-house experience • Proven track record partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor • Demonstrated initiative and ability to navigate complex, evolving environments with high degree of autonomy •
Experience advising on talent strategy and providing market insights • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement through experimentation and collaborative feedback
