Responsibilities As a Technical Lead, you will take on a pivotal role as both a technical expert and a leader in driving strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance our internal operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading technical projects and setting best practices for systems engineering across the organization. - Identifying critical priorities and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions within the BizTech Products domain. - Supporting the growth of regional expertise in India and helping to solve complex business challenges. - Acting as a liaison between US-based leadership and global stakeholders, leveraging your technical skills to optimize and scale our technology platforms. - Overseeing key enterprise tasks, including defining testing protocols for software changes.
