Join Stripe's Internal Systems team as a Technical Program Manager and drive transformative programs across our financial infrastructure platform. You'll orchestrate complex technical initiatives that empower millions of businesses worldwide to scale their operations. Responsibilities **
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify organizational pain points and architect solutions spanning multiple domains. Your role involves crafting high-quality proposals and documentation while executing technical programs requiring deep engineering expertise. You'll partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to scope and deliver large-scale initiatives.
Key activities include shaping technical design decisions, anticipating roadblocks, identifying trade-offs, and developing program management frameworks with clear success metrics. You'll enhance engineering teams' execution capabilities, influence stakeholders to build consensus amid ambiguity, and leverage data insights for strategic leadership decisions. Creating comprehensive plans that drive consistency and alignment across teams will be central to your impact.

Requirements **
We seek candidates with strong backgrounds or genuine interest in GTM and Finance domains, comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across dynamic teams and functions. You should excel at building successful platforms and systems while working effectively in cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional program management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to operationalize complex initiatives that scale across Stripe's ecosystem.
