Responsibilities : As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the project lifecycle, including: - Conducting technical assessments and coordinating planning activities. - Documenting heating, ventilation, building technology, and structural specifics to lay the groundwork for project planning. - Creating detailed proposals and measurement documents, collaborating closely with specialists to ensure accurate and actionable execution plans. - Coordinating with subcontractors and clients on-site, managing and monitoring external service providers while adhering to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. - Maintaining continuous communication with clients and partners to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical queries promptly. - Overseeing project documentation, invoicing, and monitoring to ensure transparency and cost-effectiveness. - Leading and coordinating the internal project team, including the technical and disciplinary management of site managers. - Identifying and implementing technical and organizational improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements : - A completed degree or vocational training in supply engineering, building technology, or energy and environmental technology. - Knowledge of VOB/B and experience in managing multiple site managers and service providers. - A structured, results-oriented approach to work, along with flexibility and willingness to travel. - Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation abilities. - Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
