Third-Party Regulatory Risk Program Manager - Dublin/London/Remote

Join Stripe's Third Party Risk Management team as a Program Manager focused on regulatory compliance. Stripe serves millions of companies worldwide as their financial infrastructure platform, from ambitious startups to global enterprises. Our Third Party Risk Management team establishes and maintains comprehensive risk frameworks while ensuring regulatory adherence and operational excellence across supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Enhance regulatory compliance programs including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and additional regulatory frameworks for third-party vendors
• Execute oversight activities for regulatory compliance programs including due diligence processes, criticality assessments, and performance monitoring
• Serve as primary contact and expert for internal/external audit requests and regulatory examinations
• Manage external stakeholder communications with users, auditors, and regulatory examiners, coordinating cross-functional input
• Ensure prompt resolution of audit findings and recommendations
• Support oversight framework for global Outsourced Service Providers per regulatory requirements (Central Bank of Ireland, etc.)
• Perform regular program assessments to identify enhancement opportunities and address gaps
• Collaborate in supplier incident response processes, partnering with incident response teams for consistent resolution tracking and remediation monitoring

Requirements

This role requires partnership with Risk Domain Owners, Procurement teams, Legal department, and various stakeholders to implement a cohesive Third Party Risk Framework across all risk and compliance domains. You'll play a crucial role in developing regulatory compliance programs and strengthening control effectiveness within our existing third-party risk identification, assessment, and management framework.
