Responsibilities : As our TikTok Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development, content planning, and daily management of our TikTok channel. Your creativity will meet data-driven growth as you identify trends, create native TikTok formats, oversee content production, and collaborate with creators to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a TikTok channel strategy focused on expanding reach, engagement, and follower growth. - Creating and producing high-performing TikTok content that aligns with platform trends and our brand message. - Monitoring and identifying relevant TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, translating them into brand-compliant content. - Tracking content performance, analyzing data, and continuously optimizing formats and posting strategies. - Collaborating closely with creators, the social and influencer team, and internal stakeholders to scale successful content formats.
Requirements : To thrive in this position, you should possess: - Proficiency in German and English at level C1 or higher. - 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or TikTok channel growth, preferably with proven success in building TikTok accounts. - A degree in marketing, communication, media, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory; relevant practical experience is equally valuable. - A deep understanding of TikTok’s platform dynamics, trends, and native storytelling. - Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content, from ideation and scripting to filming and editing in TikTok's native style. -
