Venture Coach Opportunity in Berlin with nxt milestone

Overview: Join nxt milestone as a Venture Coach in the vibrant city of Berlin, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding startup teams through a comprehensive 10–12 week accelerator program. Your mission will be to help these startups rapidly validate their concepts, refine their business models, and prepare them for funding or market entry. You will engage with up to 15 startups in each cohort, providing tailored coaching, workshops, and strategic insights.

Responsibilities : 1. Coaching Startups: Lead one-on-one coaching sessions with startup teams, assisting them in areas such as business model development, achieving product-market fit, devising go-to-market strategies, and preparing for fundraising. You'll help set clear milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) for success. 2.

Conducting Workshops: Facilitate workshops on various essential topics, including team dynamics, leadership, legal considerations, management of OKRs and KPIs, marketing strategies, sales development, and the creation of effective pitch decks. 3. Networking & Ecosystem: Connect startups with potential investors, mentors, and corporate partners while supporting pilot projects or initial customer engagements.

Requirements : Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with backgrounds as startup founders, venture builders, startup operators, investors, or advisors. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, active listening abilities, familiarity with lean startup methodologies, and experience with startup KPIs like traction, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). Proficiency in both German and English is essential, and experience in impact or social business is a plus.

Personal attributes should include coaching and facilitation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to structure complex problems efficiently.
