Overview: Join the Live Peace 2026 initiative! We are currently seeking dedicated volunteer Project Managers for City Partnerships (m/f/d) to support the international peace project Live Peace 2026 – 100 Cities. Four Days.

One Global Message. With ongoing conflicts affecting over 60 countries and millions suffering around the globe, the quest for peace stands as the most pressing challenge of our time. Live Peace empowers individuals to advocate for peace through music and art events held annually on September 21st.

Supported by ten Nobel Peace Prize laureates, Live Peace aims to become a worldwide phenomenon.

Responsibilities : From September 18 to September 21, 2026, cities across the globe will unite for events, concerts, and initiatives that promote a shared message: #wewantpeace. In 2025, we reached 50 cities and engaged 10,000 people worldwide. To achieve our ambitious goal for 2026 of 100 cities, we are looking for volunteer Project Managers for City Partnerships (m/f/d).

Your role will involve: - Researching and identifying potential cities to collaborate with - Maintaining and updating our acquisition pipeline - Preparing for outreach efforts - Coordinating follow-ups and documenting conversation progress - Assisting in appointment preparations - Monitoring deadlines and project status. You will contribute to a well-structured project plan featuring defined phases, milestones, and KPIs while helping to build an international network.
