Responsibilities : As an Enterprise Account Executive, your role will focus on nurturing existing client relationships and uncovering additional opportunities for growth within current accounts. You will be tasked with executing long-term sales strategies and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing long-term sales strategies aimed at revenue growth with existing Stripe clients. - Managing the entire sales process, from crafting business cases to negotiating deals and finalizing contracts. - Creating detailed account plans and identifying opportunities for cross-selling among your strategic customer base. - Leading negotiations for large, complex renewals and formulating deal strategies. - Building strong relationships with executive stakeholders, understanding their challenges, and guiding them towards effective solutions. - Mapping accounts and coordinating impactful meetings with relevant external stakeholders to enhance client relationships. - Contributing to team projects that refine our sales processes and help shape the culture at Stripe.

Requirements : We are seeking candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this role: - Over 15 years of sales experience, ideally in technical product sales, with a proven track record of exceptional performance. - At least 10 years of experience leading complex sales cycles with enterprise-level clients. - A solid understanding of technical requirements with the ability to create solutions across various products. -

Experience in developing and executing comprehensive account plans across multiple business units within complex organizations. - Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, both internally and externally. - Strong presentation abilities, particularly in face-to-face meetings with multiple stakeholders. - A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and navigating challenging negotiations.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
