Responsibilities : In this role, you will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners in product management, design, technology, and modeling. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a comprehensive data and analytics roadmap that aligns with strategic priorities. - Providing analytical support to functional leaders and product owners, leveraging machine learning and AI to boost business performance and enrich customer interactions. - Automating recurring analyses and improving data visualization tools to facilitate informed decision-making. - Performing in-depth analyses and collaborating with the Modeling Center of Excellence to create predictive models. - Building top-tier data assets and ensuring that our digital platforms effectively capture vital customer behavior signals. - Merging behavioral, transactional, and customer feedback data to refine digital user journeys and optimize conversion rates. - Prioritizing analytics initiatives in consultation with stakeholders and dynamically adjusting team capacities to meet shifting needs. - Influencing senior leadership, articulating insights clearly, and promoting actionable strategies. - Leading, mentoring, and nurturing a diverse analytics team while engaging with external communities to attract top talent. - Ensuring data governance by managing risks and controls, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to firmwide compliance standards.

Requirements : To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 6 years of experience in data or analytics leadership roles, preferably within financial services, retail, digital, or consultancy environments. - A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving measurable business objectives. - Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams focused on coaching and development. - Strong communication and influencing abilities to engage with senior executives, simplifying complex concepts into actionable insights. - A solid understanding of governance, business controls, and data risk management, including data quality and usage. - The capability to navigate multiple priorities from various senior stakeholders and foster consensus.
